Kia ora and hello! I’m a registered counsellor with experience in addressing all kinds of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, grief, anger management, stress and navigating life transitions.

I’m an Existential therapist, and I offer individual counselling and psychotherapy. I like supporting people in activating their connection to themselves and accompanying them through challenging life situations. Additionally, I am drawn to Eastern Philosophy, mindfulness, and interconnectedness.
