Welcome to my page, you may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally exhausted inside. Grief, anxiety, trauma, or disconnection may be weighing you down. My clients often long for a space where they don’t have to pretend, where they can simply be themselves and feel fully accepted.

Realign heart & mind–body & soul — For those seeking support with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, addiction, relationship issues, big life events and decisions—I offer a holistic-whole-person approach to counselling and coaching that will help you find release from confusion, limiting beliefs, and negative patterns into greater clarity, balance, and peace. My core focus is to help others recover their authentic and essential Self to live a happier, healthier, purpose-driven, and heart-centred life.

I offer in-person counselling for individuals and couples from a cozy boathouse studio in central Whangarei, also worldwide online counselling in English, Swedish and Estonian. My therapy style is solution focused CBT mixed with other styles I find useful in personal growth. My areas of interest include couples therapy, migration and cultural issues, stress and anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, communication difficulties and self-esteem concerns.
