Hi, my name is Clare, and I am a CCI certified Eating Disorder Recovery Coach. I offer in person sessions in Auckland or online sessions for those not based in Auckland. I also offer text support in between sessions as this is often where a lot of the hard work is done, when things arise in the moment and you need support outside of our sessions. I also offer meal support sessions, and clothes and grocery shopping support.
