I have been in practice for more than 20 years and specialise in providing a wide range of effective therapeutic techniques for individuals, couples and families. I am passionate about the work I do and I am committed in providing beneficial therapy for clients affected by mental health related issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, phobia. trauma and grief. I utilise a range of modalities that include Neuroscience evidence based techniques like BWRT, Brief Solution focused therapy, CBT and Mindfulness.

I'm a Christchurch-based art therapist who is currently seeing adult individuals with life challenges such as trauma, grief, loss and anxiety.
