My name is Rhonda. I offer 3 very specialist services: 1) Somatic Trauma Informed Coach - Brainspotting, 2) Narcissistic Abuse Specialist – Trauma Recovery Coach, 3) Mental Wellbeing Coach

My passion is to support people on their healing journey and to ultimately feel empowered to feel at home in their bodies. In my practice, I incorporate a variety of modalities which activate the brain and support the nervous system to create a readiness to grow and change.

I offer in-person counselling for individuals and couples from a cozy boathouse studio in central Whangarei, also worldwide online counselling in English, Swedish and Estonian. My therapy style is solution focused CBT mixed with other styles I find useful in personal growth. My areas of interest include couples therapy, migration and cultural issues, stress and anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, communication difficulties and self-esteem concerns.
