For over a decade in schools and private practice, I’ve walked alongside children, adolescents, and young adults, as well as parents, families, and educators, through life’s toughest hurdles.

With a background in Child psychology and Counselling and 10+ years’ experience working as guidance counsellor, I work with children, teens, young adults, and families using CBT, mindful play, and relational tools.
