Are you ready to reclaim your relationship with food and your body? Do you feel overwhelmed by guilt and a lack of control around food? Are you exhausted from hating your body and obsessing over weight, letting these struggles take over your life?

I offer in-person counselling for individuals and couples from a cozy boathouse studio in central Whangarei, also worldwide online counselling in English, Swedish and Estonian. My therapy style is solution focused CBT mixed with other styles I find useful in personal growth. My areas of interest include couples therapy, migration and cultural issues, stress and anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, communication difficulties and self-esteem concerns.
