My core focus is to help others recover their authentic and essential Self to live a happier, healthier, purpose-driven, and heart-centred life.

I am a registered psychotherapist and have a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Psychology, and I am certified in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy. I work with adults experiencing a range of personal issues. If you are looking for a deeper level of understanding as to how you got to be as you are and how you might move forward, I can help.

My name is Cate, and I work as a counsellor here in Christchurch. I offer Individual counselling for all life issues such as grief, anxiety and depression, trauma, support for living with chronic health issues, relationship issues and all the things that make life challenging at times.
