Kia ora, I am an experienced Counsellor and Group Facilitator that has been involved in clinical work for the past 10+ years. I enjoy working alongside clients who are navigating major life transitions, coping with mental health challenges, or seeking greater self-awareness. I also welcome couples who are interested in relationship counselling.

Hi I'm Cha, originally from Malta but have been living in New Zealand for over 10 years now. I have been working as a counsellor for 4 years & I simply love it! I would love to hear you, understand you, & support you with whatever struggles you might be facing in life right now, without any judgement :)

I offer in-person counselling for individuals and couples from a cozy boathouse studio in central Whangarei, also worldwide online counselling in English, Swedish and Estonian. My therapy style is solution focused CBT mixed with other styles I find useful in personal growth. My areas of interest include couples therapy, migration and cultural issues, stress and anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, communication difficulties and self-esteem concerns.
