Calm, patient, and grounded, I take a person-centred, collaborative approach, supporting individuals, couples, and whānau both in person and online. Originally from Kiel, Germany, I have lived in Spain and New Zealand, experiences that have deepened my understanding of identity, belonging, and human connection. I am a mother of three,

I'm a compassionate and professional counsellor with 25 years of experience of helping people. I have successfully treated people with issues that range from minor to chronic problems, such as anxiety, depression, difficult life transitions, panic attacks, PTSD, complex trauma, relationship issues, low self esteem, sleep difficulties, stress and parenting issues. I work fluently in English and also in German.
