Kia Ora & Welcome! I’m Patrick! As a certified Mental Health Coach I use my experience and skills as we work together as a team to help you through your challenges. It’s about assisting you to build a fulfilling and meaningful life! I can help with all varieties of mild to moderate mental health issues, personal growth, life skills training, relationship/dating issues, life transitions and more. I offer Mental Health Coaching NZ wide and in-person sessions in Frankton, Queenstown.

I offer in-person counselling for individuals and couples from a cozy boathouse studio in central Whangarei, also worldwide online counselling in English, Swedish and Estonian. My therapy style is solution focused CBT mixed with other styles I find useful in personal growth. My areas of interest include couples therapy, migration and cultural issues, stress and anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, communication difficulties and self-esteem concerns.

Hi, I’m Tamsin! I offer various therapy and coaching modalities geared towards emotional/psychological wellbeing, relationships, parenting and change. I work with both adults and teenagers, using a combination of mindfulness ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), CBT, Solutions Focused Therapy, EP, IFS (Internal Family Systems), Positive Psychology, Attachment Theory & Gottman Couples Therapy. My aim is to combine the best of research-based methods with a compassionate and non-judgemental, whole-person, attitude.
