Hi, I'm Catherine, counsellor and career coach in Wellington. In my practice I support people to positively address challenges in their lives, including their career, to enable them to live with an empowered attitude and find the joy and fulfillment they are striving for.

Kia ora, I'm Rachel. I’m a therapist and coach based in Wellington, Aotearoa NZ. I use a broad range of modalities—including bioenergetic psychotherapy and hypnotherapy, to support people to enjoy more success, happiness and life energy. My work is practical, grounded and effective. The most common thing I hear my clients say is: "you really listen to me."

I offer in-person counselling for individuals and couples from a cozy boathouse studio in central Whangarei, also worldwide online counselling in English, Swedish and Estonian. My therapy style is solution focused CBT mixed with other styles I find useful in personal growth. My areas of interest include couples therapy, migration and cultural issues, stress and anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, communication difficulties and self-esteem concerns.
