A key ingredient of my coaching style is that YOU are the focus of our time together. It's YOUR life after all and YOU are the one that will be making any changes in YOUR life. Our sessions together are open, safe and confidential. At the end of the day, your honesty with yourself is a vital part of your growth, and I will do all I can to facilitate that in our time together.

I offer in-person counselling for individuals and couples from a cozy boathouse studio in central Whangarei, also worldwide online counselling in English, Swedish and Estonian. My therapy style is solution focused CBT mixed with other styles I find useful in personal growth. My areas of interest include couples therapy, migration and cultural issues, stress and anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, communication difficulties and self-esteem concerns.

In life we can all have times that are more challenging and painful than others and counselling can provide a safe space to work through those seasons. I am a Counsellor and Couples Therapist who is committed to providing that safe and confidential environment where people can feel heard and validated while working through their pain and struggles without judgement.
