Specialising in the treatment of family and relationship trauma, I utilise advanced clinical hypnotherapy and neuro change methodologies to delve into the root causes of emotional distress to release and rewire your thinking.

I offer in-person counselling for individuals and couples from a cozy boathouse studio in central Whangarei, also worldwide online counselling in English, Swedish and Estonian. My therapy style is solution focused CBT mixed with other styles I find useful in personal growth. My areas of interest include couples therapy, migration and cultural issues, stress and anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, communication difficulties and self-esteem concerns.
