Hi, I'm Crysal. Whatever is happening in your life right now – physically, mentally, emotionally, relationally – I offer a safe, confidential, and welcoming space where you will be able express freely your experiences.

My work has given me the privilege of working with a wide range of people with differing backgrounds and circumstances with whatever brings them to therapy: low mood, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, repeating patterns, grief, and addictions. Sometimes people don’t know what brings them to therapy. They might not feel right, and have a need for clarity – therapy is often a great place for addressing this.
