Kia ora, I'm an Italian therapist and I offer supervision for professionals and trauma specialised therapy for adults and couples. Sessions can be held in English, Spanish, French and Italian.

My spiritual awareness and my background in the field of health have benefitted my appreciation for both tangible and mystical perceptions when it comes to physical and mental wellbeing.

I am a counsellor offering a calm, grounded space where you can slow down, reflect, and feel understood. I work with anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, depression and life transitions. My approach is thoughtful and collaborative, helping you make sense of patterns, reconnect with your strengths, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
