Kia ora! My name is Carien (kind of pronounced as "Kha-rene"). I offer a compassionate, holistic approach combining 30 years of experience in psychology, education, guidance and counselling. I use an integrative scientific approach to find a unique and individual pathway for each client.

But you don’t have to do it alone, so I am so glad you are exploring options to support yourself. You deserve this! If you are struggling and need someone to talk too, you are in the right space. I work with individuals, teens and parents/families as well as ethnic minorities.

My name is Nicola, and I am an eating disorder recovery coach. An eating disorder not only affects the person suffering from it but the whole family too. For this reason, I also focus on helping the family through this journey, advising on how to best support the client at home and in day-to-day life.
